Carbon Neutrality: We measure our greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate 100% of our carbon impact by purchasing renewable energy credits (RECs) and carbon offsets.

Social Benefit: We donate 1% of our revenue to nonprofit organizations that create opportunities for underserved students and adults. Plus, we contribute at least 50 hour of pro bono services each year.

Resource Efficiency: We reduced our headquarters energy use 19% by making efficiency improvements. We recycle or donate 100% of the items that are accepted by local recycling and reuse organizations.
