Principal and Founder

Kimberly Kosmenko

For those of us drawn to take on big challenges, figuring out the next right step can be both energizing and a bit daunting.  An educator at heart, I founded Kosmenko & Co. to make sure people doing the world’s important work have the strategy, project execution know-how, and personal presence to be wildly successful. My clients include growing, purpose-driven businesses and rising star professionals.

I know how to bring a team’s ambitions to life. I facilitate strategy development, craft new programs, build up organizational infrastructure, and connect people to act in service of a vision. Over the past 15 years, I have been a team lead, facilitator, sustainability consultant, and coach to professionals spanning Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and a scientific research organization.

Life doesn’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why I approach my work with flexibility and a bit of playful humor.

I advance a new brand of business that puts people first. I am Co-Chair of the B Local Colorado Board, a community leadership group that advances responsible business in Colorado by engaging and growing the community of Certified B Corps.

I have served the United Nations Federal Credit Union, the National Center for Atmospheric Research, the University of Colorado at Boulder, Humana, Allstate, Facebook, Walmart suppliers, and more. My training in co-active coaching, appreciative inquiry, and community-based social marketing keep my work grounded in how real people learn and make decisions.

My education includes an Executive MBA with from the University of Denver and a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.
